Support Team
At the heart of our festival is a dynamic team of Festival Associates—dedicated individuals who help bring the event to life each year. Whether serving as Venue Managers, Technicians, Projectionists, or contributing in areas like Marketing & Outreach, Hospitality, Hosting, or Operations, every Associate plays a vital role in shaping the festival experience. Many are working artists, industry professionals, and even festival alumni or Board Members. We don’t use the terms “interns” or “volunteers” because each person contributes in real, meaningful ways. We’re proud to feature every Associate by name and face—because without them, none of this would be possible.
