Isabell Marytza Mendoza, Director/ Video Editor / Motion Graphics/ Screenwriter/ Soundmixer in Brooklyn, NY with a passion for filmmaking. I hit the ground running very young as a Live Broadcast Video Editor at Audobon Technology and communication Center’s morning program ATACC TV and Assistant Directing the independent film “Something for Stevie” (dir. Bill Tucker, 2007). My recent work consists of assisting with the 9/11 Museum in memoriam presentation, Cantor Fitzgerald’s Annual Fundraising documentary, original animations and short films, including “Grim” and the documentary “Eight Tales of Pedro”. A moment in my career I cherish was speaking with the Academy of Motion Pictures for Oscar consideration for my work as Picture and Sound Editor for the film “Sicashe: Forced to Hide”.
