Director Statement
This film was inspired by the lives of people around me during the year of the epidemic. We’ve experienced so much stress from different aspects of life. I wanted to take a moment to show all of you the thing that brought me happiness and relaxation, and hopefully, this comforts you as well.
Director Biography
Hi there! I’m Sapphira Chen, an animator, and story artist. I just finished my third year at CalArts’ Character Animation program and will be an animation intern at Pixar this summer (2022). I love animals and roller coasters. Hope you like my film!
