Synopsis
The body of a dying old woman lies in a bed in stillness, while her soul is dancing on the magic stage she dreamt to be all her life. The blinding lights and the clapping of an imaginary audience, accompany her to the final curtain call. In this poetic piece, life and death blend in a metaphoric farewell dance.

Director Statement
YOURS has been inspired by a real experience. The last time I saw my beloved mother in law alive, she was lying on an Hospice bed, but her hands where moving like she was conducting music. I saw where she was: on that very stage where she would have loved to be all her life, but wasn’t allow to. YOURS is dedicated to her. But the film is also a way to come to terms with the departure of our loved ones, or eventually with our own, in a gentle and poetic way, through what I do better: staging it.
Director Biography
Flaminia Graziadei. Award winning Director, Producer, Choreographer, Flaminia has trained between Italy and the UK in Directing, Acting, Singing, Dancing, Screenwriting and Production
Her 30 year career started as a Dancer and as an Actress and she lived and worked between Italy, the UK and Spain, which reflects in the style of her work.
She then chose to focus mainly on Theatre direction and choreography till in 2000, she started to work in Cinema alongside some Oscar winning professionals in Italy.
Since moving back to London in 2012, she created her production company LonRom Film Production Ltd. directing and producing several award winning shorts, commercials, music videos, web and TV pilots and her first official feature film The Final Haunting, currently available on Amazon Prime.
She won 27 awards in Festivals worldwide and has more than 50 nominations, including at the BAFTA qualifying Carmarthen Bay International Film Festival.
She has been the tutor of Movement technique applied to acting for the Masterclass at the Actors Studio London, Pinewood Studios and has been part of a tutoring panel at the London Film School
Flaminia is currently in pre-production with her second official feature A Year in London in co-production with the Italian companies Orange Media and Rain Dogs and with the Horror Civilised Animals, all with her direction.
Her latest short YOURS, shot in Italy in July 2023 is currently starting its festival tour
She recently became member of BAFTA connect.
In 2019 flaminia became British citizen and currently holds a British and Italian passport.
