Luchia Dragosh
Born in Bulgaria, Luchia Dragosh has lived in six countries, speaks four languages, and has called Queens home for more than two decades. Moving between cultures shaped her curiosity about people, places, and the stories that connect them.
For more than 20 years, Luchia has worked across film, television and digital media as a producer, director, writer, journalist, and creative leader, including producing programming for QPTV, BRIC TV, and NYC Media.
Her work has received 25 Emmy® Award nominations and 60+ industry awards, but what continues to drive her is curiosity—the opportunity to meet people she might never otherwise encounter, understand their world, and find the story worth sharing.
Today, that curiosity extends into new territory. Through Queens Curated, Luchia explores the culture, architecture, food, neighborhoods, and people shaping Queens. She also maintains a boutique real estate practice, helping clients navigate major transitions involving their homes.
Whether developing a story, interviewing someone, exploring a neighborhood, or bringing people together around an idea, the thread remains the same: finding the story, finding the connection, and finding the best way to share it.
Outside of work, Luchia can often be found traveling with a camera, experimenting in the kitchen, drumming with an all-women Brazilian percussion band, or wandering through New York looking at buildings and wondering about the people who lived there before us.
Still curious. Still creating. And always interested in what the next story might be.
