You are invited to take part in First Amendment Corridor, an interactive, immersive experience that transforms a Culture Lab hallway into a living expression of the five freedoms of the First Amendment.
As you move through the corridor, you will interact with stations dedicated to speech, press, religion, assembly, and petition. You will be provided booklets to record your reactions or you can use postits to leave messages for future guests.
Share concerns about issues that matter to you. Suggest stories you believe need to be told. Document your participation with our Polaroid camera. Tell us what you believe in. Uplift a story you feel needs to be told.
Each interaction adds another element to the collective experience.
As the Corridor wraps up, we invite everyone to stay as we segue into Sunset Jazz at Culture Lab LIC featuring Mark Wade Trio.
Thoughtful, participatory, and welcoming to all, First Amendment Corridor invites guests to reflect on the freedoms we share and consider how each of us can use our voice as part of the public conversation.
