Synopsis
MyEndo is a modern love story that intimately captures a young couple’s struggle with the chronic illness endometriosis. Their quality of life, relationship and dream of a family is plunged into uncertainty by this unpredictable monster.
1 in 3 women suffer from this painful and under-reported illness with no known cause or cure.

Director Biography
Ellen Andries is the founder of the Ghent-based motion graphic company What! Graphics Studios. Ellen has been drawing most of her life and in 2002 found her niche in graphic design.
She received her Master’s degree in Graphic Design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts (Ghent). Even though motion design wasn’t officially part of her education, it is a medium which she has been very passionate about. Eager to learn, she still often enrolls in design classes to broaden her skill-set.
Since 2008 she has been active as a professional motion and graphic designer, working with many of the top Belgian production companies and TV channels.
Throughout her career, she has been exploring the possibilities of film. Combining her work in motion graphics with that of friends and colleagues in film and television, it has become a growing interest which has lead to interesting and successful results.So successful that she is now in partnership with Thomas Maddens. Together they founded the film production company ‘A Mad Production.’
Other tidbits: she loves to play tennis, squash, swimming, long boarding and has started taking up surfing as well.
