Synopsis

Marcelino Orbés, born in Jaca (Spain), was the best clown in the world from 1900 to 1914, triumphing in London and New York. He was the best and most acclaimed in the largest entertainment industry of the time. He was a clown, clown, acrobat, a comedian admired by Charles Chaplin, and Buster Keaton said he was the best in the world.

Director Biography

Germán Roda (1975) graduated in Communication Sciences and Advanced Technician Higher in Audiovisual Performances. He has directed, written, and edited the documentary films “600 years restless years”, “The years of smoke,” “Goya XXI Century,” “Deconstructing Death,” or “Spy Game,” having participated in SEMINCI, FICX, Setubal, etc. Among other works, he has directed the multi-award “My dad is a film director” and the fiction feature “El Encamado” (2012).
