Mazal is a newer member of the Queens World Film Festival and has worked in the Young Filmmakers Program and is on the Screening Committee. She lives in Queens and is attending her senior year at Hunter College majoring in Film. Mazal is a scriptwriter with a strong interest in music composition, specializing in video games and film soundtracks. As a screener at Queens World, she enjoys the unique forms of storytelling and believes that through words and music, especially through the careful precision of filmmakers submitting their works, a larger framework can be established to create a meaningful viewing experience.
