Marcus Ribeiro is a Brazilian- and German-American drawn to Queens with its rich culture and ethnic diversity. He joined QWFF in 2018 as our Marketing & Outreach Intern. Intertwining his passions for business and the arts, he takes on a wide range of tasks to assist the festival. Marcus has also helped teach a Video Production class at Explorer Day Camp, where he closely supervised 10- to 14-year old kids. He is currently studying at Bowdoin College. Marcus is also part of the Multimedia Team and a staff writer for his school newspaper, The Bowdoin Orient, where he produces and edits videos, takes pictures, and writes articles.
