Welcoming Preston Back….

Perhaps you already know that Queens World’s Founder, Preston Cato underwent spine and neck surgery in July. While he is doing incredibly well it has been intense and at times very isolating for him. He has longed for socializing!

So, Board Member Susy Chu worked with Armondo’s, The Queensboro, and Sac’s Place to host little ‘Re-emerging Parties‘ for us with specialty cocktails in honor of the festival, with portions of the proceeds benefiting the festival.

But honestly, the bigger thing is that we need our community right now.  

We’re okay. We’re still us…but these little gatherings are heart fuel for all of us.

We would love to see you! Let’s reconnect, catch up, laugh, and celebrate the success of the surgery, Preston’s progress, and a whole host of other wonderful things happening for the festival.
