The Listening Tour 2025
In 2025, support from New York State Council on the Arts allowed us to hire three experienced Festival Associates as paid consultants, strengthening both mentorship and production. We also welcomed Mr. Met and Mrs. Met to the Listening Tour Library.
Our outreach expanded to include high schools and local colleges, and Festival Associates increasingly led their own Listening Tour segments from recruitment through promotion. Together, we produced 19 compilations featuring 30 subjects, continuing to grow the archive and the leadership skills of the artists creating it.
