Director Statement

This film is dedicated to the local residents and officials who continue to protest Delaney Hall.

Director Biography

Louis Cacchione is a documentarian and lifelong New Jersey resident. Louis directed his first documentary short “7th Term” which debuted at the East Village New York Film Festival in April 2025.

“Arrested at Delaney Hall” is his second documentary short.
